3.2 Installation Description of the AC Motor

01. Loosen the hexagon bolts (4 bolts) on the left frame parts.
02. Remove the output wheel (Position 9).
03. Remove the frame part on the left side.
04. Dismantle the upper left profile rail of the frame part.
05. Remove the motor and the data interface (Position 8) from the guides.
06. Insert the new data interface and secure it with a sliding block to prevent shifting.
07. Reattach the upper left profile rail.
08. Remove the drive wheel (Position 1).
09. Remove the mounting bracket of the motor (4 countersunk hex screws and 2 cylinder hex screws).
10. Dismantle the upper right profile rail of the frame part.
11. Slide the AC motor into the guide.
12. Hook in the belts on the right and left sides.
13. Reattach the left frame part.
14. Slide the motor connection plate into the right profile guide.
15. Tension the belts by pulling on the motor and secure them with sliding blocks.
16. Reattach the upper right profile rail.
