3.5 Project Timeline
The project is divided into several phases, building on the information and experience gained during the initial research.
- 1. Phase: Setting up the base system for the remote system deployment.
- 2. Phase: Mirroring the base system to the remote system.
- 3. Phase: Creating documentation and reference literature.
- 4. Phase: Programming.
Initially, only some approaches exist to create an information platform or telecommunications system, which will be expanded over time and presented through corresponding literature. The first step is information gathering, e.g., via books, journals, maps, data media, interest groups, internet, forums, multimedia. There are no strict timelines, as this is a private long-term project. There is also no definitive end to the project work, since the structure of the information unit is very complex, continuously modified, and regularly updated. The goal is achieved when the communication systems are secured and ready for use. Guidance and support are provided by contacts or interest groups such as developers, programmers, and friends.
The workflow is structured as follows:
- 01. Information Gathering
- 02. Design and Planning
- 03. Acquisition of IT Equipment
- 04. Base System Setup *
- 05. Create and Secure LAN Network *
- 06. Create and Secure WAN Network *
- 07. Build Primary Communication System IRC *
- 08. Build Secondary Communication System Forum *
- 09. Build Tertiary Communication System Variables *
- 10. Form Interest Groups through Contacts
- 11. Web Presentation *
- 12. Advertising
- 13. Modulation *
- 14. Automation *
- 15. Document Results
- 16. Remote System Setup *
- 17. Expansion *
- 18. Programming
- 19. Document Results
- 20. Prepare Reference Literature
The items marked with an asterisk underwent extensive technical analysis.
The purpose was to:
- 1. Understand functions and dependencies
- 2. Implement processes and workflows
- 3. Ensure quality and fail-safety
- 4. Extend functional and communication diagrams
